The latest version of Clinical Conductor, Version 1.1, set for release on June 18,
2007, includes several exciting upgrades, making Clinical Conductor even more powerful! Check out the following new modules and improvements included in Version 1.1.
Web Recruitment Module
This groundbreaking feature enables you to post interactive recruitment surveys on your own website to collect information from potential patients and allow them to do a self-assessment to see if they qualify for a study. In addition, you can create recruitment call lists from the submissions you receive on the web. It’s simple to get started. We provide you with a link to the survey to be placed on your company website. You input the questions you’d like answered into Clinical Conductor or import them from an existing study. That’s it! You now have a custom web recruitment tool built into your own website! The Web Recruitment module can be accessed under the Patients menu.
QuickBooks Integration
You can track the following financial items with our unique QuickBooks integration:
- Patient stipends
- Patient travel reimbursement
- Provider reimbursement
- Lab reimbursement
- Vendor reimbursement
- Sponsor invoices for CC financial activities (completed visits, elements, add-ons)
- Sponsor invoices for reimbursable study fixed costs (e.g. advertising, insurance)
- Payments against CC Fixed budget items (e.g. printing costs, etc)
- Receipt of payments from sponsors (and allocation to invoice line items)
New Reports
- Launch efficiency – how quickly can you get from “approval” to enrolled patients?
- Staff activity report – how many appointments did people on your staff complete
by day, month, quarter or year?
- Ad response effectiveness “scoring” (how effective are your ads – low, moderate
or high?)
- Serious adverse reactions
- Listings of serious and “general” adverse reactions can now be segregated – each
with its own specific features
Other New Features
- Extended timeouts to reduce the probability of web sessions timing out during
data-entry
- Nearly two dozen cosmetic and performance improvements such as the “Auto Complete
on Termination” feature for automatically “completing” study patients

sorting options on the “Appointment Board”
